Who this is for

Tellakid is designed for parents, teachers, and other adults to use with children ages 4+. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

What we collect

• Email address — for magic-link sign-in.
• Stories you create — brainstorm answers, outlines, and story text you generate or write.
• Settings — language preference and reminder schedule.

What we do not collect

We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, cross-site trackers, fingerprinting, location data, contacts, photos, microphone audio (voice input is processed on-device by your browser and never sent to us), or any data from or about children.

How we use it

Your email signs you in. Your stories are stored privately in your account and shown only to you. Story generation is processed by our AI provider on our behalf solely to produce the output you requested; prompts and outputs are not used to train third-party models.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising or any other purpose. Service providers (our hosting and AI provider) process data only to operate Tellakid under contract.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children (COPPA)

Accounts may only be created by users 13+. Adults supervise child use. No personal information from children is collected, used, or disclosed.

Data deletion

Email support@telakus.com to delete your account and all associated stories.
